Catered to beginner or skilled at home cook interested in learning the art of tart design.

Lauren Ko, from Loko Kitchen,  shows easy tutorial/technique/composition for designing the most beautiful Fall Apple Tart your holiday table has ever seen. Lauren will walk guest through the how to’s of creating delicate apple tarts, and teach on her design methods for tart art.   Guests watch demonstration including crust assembly, tart filling, and constructing of the apples.  Guests practice with hands on learning as they design their own apple tart for take home enjoyment.  

This workshop experience will feature  Fall flavors as we help welcome the season. Check in, mingle with small bites, sweets and beverages.    Class is a 1.5 hour session of teaching and demonstration, followed by additional 30 minutes of  hands on design. We enjoy a sweet finish together with some warm apple pie from LokoKitchen. Yum!
