FREEDOM MOVEMENT

Freedom Movement is an annual, progressive experience featuring movement, connection, silent disco, and support of local makers.  It speaks to the heart of women needing to renew, reset, and remind themselves of the vigor and beauty they hold on their interior and exterior.  Our experience celebrates freedom and beauty found in all women.  We boldly embrace vulnerable, brave steps toward whole-self confidence and body confidence.

This year's focus is

 BEAUTY BEGETS BEAUTY:

​

 This will be a soul, body, spirit, mind experience. Our attention will support advocacy of our self, mind and body, and of others through embracing the beauty of interior and exterior reciprocity.  Beauty on the inside increases beauty on the outside; which embodies a whole, beautiful self.  We will gather multi-generational, multi-cultural, multi-life staged women (middle school to menopause) to learn mind + body-esteem together.  We will learn and un-learn together, mentoring eachother.   We will celebrate artistry from all women, for all women. Enjoy live music from young local artists to sampling red lips + purposeful perfume from wonderfully-lived women. Receive insightful tools for mindset and nutrition from a health and wellness coach.

 How and what we feel, think, hear, taste, move, and breathe influences our freedom to be our true selves.  This is freedom to be you; Freedom to move any way you like; Freedom to feel confident and unashamed;  Freedom to dance unabashedly and boldly; Freedom to have fun. Freedom to observe and respond. Freedom to make choices right for you.  This experience embraces freedom and beauty in all forms and celebrates the connection of mindfulness with action.

This year's Freedom Movement celebrates our ability to step boldly into spaces of security and confidence .  In doing so, we'll sip health & wellness beverage alternatives and highlight businesses that promote inner beauty for our bodies!  Zero-proof, Occasion beverages for all to enjoy.

Support over 10 local makers and wellness advocates during our pop-up mini marketplace.   Sample the creative artistry and flavors, enjoy interactive opportunities to enhance your spirit on the dance floor. Put on those headphones and experience the energy and one-of-a-kind, free-spirit feeling of a silent disco.
